Greetings and once again, apologies on the late post….having a 14 month old child will definitely keep you busy enough to forget to post.
The next two Wednesdays, 9/3 & 9/10, Big Stretch Bakery will be back at the Market on the Mississippi! Located down at Harriet Island Park, we’re right on the path near the east parking lot. Several vendors were there the past two Wednesdays and you won’t want to miss out! There are some super cool items from coffee, donuts, jewelry, and much much more!
With the weather cooling down, the fall breads and treats will be featured on the menu!
Loaves:
- “Paws Off” Sourdough Loaf (classic white sourdough loaf)
- “Meine Katze” Rye Sourdough Loaf (rye sourdough)
- Pumpkin Spice Sourdough Loaf
Focaccia:
- Original Sourdough Focaccia
- Apple Cinnamon Sugar Focaccia (great for French toast!)
- “Tom Cat” Focaccia (tomato, thyme, oregano, garlic salt focaccia)
Scones:
- Chocolate Chip Scones!
Sourdough Ciabatta
