Big Stretch Bakery is an owned and operated micro bakery by couple Jenny and Al! When not baking, you can find these two hanging out with their two cats, Teddy and Erik, or out biking around the twin cities. They also share a love for the outdoors and love to kayak the rivers around Minnesota and Wisconsin as well as visiting state parks.

While they may be the inspiration behind the name, these two cats are more interested in bird watching and taking naps than any actual baking. No paws allowed in this bakery, but nevertheless, they enjoy the occasional dropped crumb of a baked good!
